Is anyone reading this? Does anyone know what I should pack for a trip to Europe next week?

Going to London next weekend, then to a coastal town in Portugal for five days, and spending the following weekend in Madrid. What do I pack to be dressed well, while not having to take more than one large suitcase? Any other suggestions for my trip?
