Believe it or not, there is a Kei car version of the Jimny sold only in Japan with a smaller engine than that available in Europe. You can tell the Kei car by it’s yellow number plates:

I am not ashamed to be slower than the fastest drivers in the world with their most advanced rally cars. There is no situation where I could drive that quickly without dying, so I’m happy to watch the best do it instead.

Amen. The TT riders are the only people doing things that scare the MotoGP guys. If Cal Crutchlow had crashed as often on the TT course as he has on circuits, he would be dead many times over.

Indeed. I guess stating “ENIAC was the first electronic almost-general-purpose Turing-complete computer” is a bit of a mouthful. ENIAC was the first electronic computer constructed in the US. Colossus predates it, but as it was a secret wartime machine used exclusively for breaking German cypher codes, it didn’t have the same publicity...

Thanks Jeff. You really don’t have to make excuses for being slower than a 5-time Le Mans winner. I just like seeing people like Olly demonstrating their prodigious skills in a theoretically non-competitive arena (of course, there is no such thing to a racing driver).
