In the first game the VA was good, but the dialogue was bad(Not bad in a bad way though) - and made it meme-worthy as a result. In this it seems to be the other way around. Despite such, the gameplay is definitely delivering and that alone sold me. I just hope I see more DDON mechanics or even classes in this.

When

They’re masterworks all, you can’t go wrong. This game is perhaps the first I’ve preordered in years - because I know what I’m expecting. What I find the more interesting about this game is that it’s a parallel world Gransys? That may explain some of the same locations from the first game. Cynically, this also makes

Arguably. It’s an upgrade to MT Framework, which the first Dragon’s Dogma and it’s pseudo-MMO sequel uses. What it is in contrast to the competition the most moddable engine currently.

Uh-oh, you guy upset Todd Howard now he has to make troll accounts.

Remember, the popularity of AI for corporations is all leading to this. They want to replace all creative human labor with AI. Don’t take their word for “not going to replace labor”, they’re very much lying, AI is far too convenient for them to actually take an ethical stance.

A black hole being found drifting in our solar system is enough to invite cosmic doom. The fact they’re mainly unseen in the bleakness of space until they start consuming is enough to fill one with dread.

With this and Godzilla officially beating Superman in a stand-off, the King of Monsters is eating well.

Yes, and it’s not much of a secret that the latest console generation are trying to go completely physical-less. Digital software gives them a lot of convenience and cost efficiency, as well as control over the consumer’s own purchase.

*nerd voice* “ACTSHULLY, IT’S THE HERO OF THE WILDS, NOT THE HERO OF TIME - COMPLETELY DIFFERENT LINKS!”

This is cute. There was a joke among my peers during TotK hype of “getting your Engineering degree yet” when asking if we finished it.

Yeah, Japan has been going hyper capitalist I’d argue at a slightly faster rate than the US mostly because of how society functions there. Look up Toxic Bushido, the sapping of humanity as a value there, and companies exploiting that “Die for those you’re loyal to” mentality and making it the social norm.

Yeah, I have a history with these types of people so it doesn’t surprise me. Living overly insulated lifestyles tend to bring out the worst of us. When your life isn’t as interesting as what you see out in the world or on TV, you may find yourself trying to invite that Michael Bay drama with the little things such as

Money is power, and power corrupts, but ultimately reveals.

Realistically and philosophically, all it takes for the soul to become corrupt is easier than realized: a sense of entitlement, especially over material gain. There have been socio-psychological experiments done on this over how even Monopoly money can turn

I see this as his Kanye arc. Like West, Musk has been affiliating himself with some PRETTY amoral oligarchs that are obviously influencing him. That, and reality is dawning on him that he isn’t as likeable he thought he was, he’s going full supervillain just for that social high again: The Neo-Nazis/Alt-right, etc.

Aw, how cute. The CEO is trying to appear human.

Greta, like well-adjusted autistic adults, typically have a strong sense of justice. Israel is committing a genocide as well as pushing a misinformation campaign, and that may be enough for Greta to support the other side, regardless of their stances. This DOES NOT mean, however, that she can’t be misled. Elon Musk is

The thing is, the push for AI has been entirely for corporation’s benefit. The original idea around AI is supposed to make room and time for people to have more “me” time for building your artistic hobbies. Instead the AI is being utilized to TAKE away a person’s individuality and art hobbies for the company’s

Keeping people divided, benefits the powerful. Musk and other oligarchs need strawmen and fall guys to retain their brand and ego.

Indeed. That excuse only perpetuates a serious problem of neurotypical society: their ignorance on autism and conflating it with society-breaking behaviors. Nope, it’s ego and having the money to break society for your own gain, and no one is immune to it.

This is only going to get worse. Digital/media industries across the world are all making a push for AI and want to ruin workers’ lives for their own gain, likely as a response to the unionizing that started happening during the pandemic. It’s only going to get worse until governments intervene.

Yep, and the disturbing thing is, the government has been utilizing the passive voice tactic since WW2, with the Japanese internment camps. They knew the decision would be unpopular which is how passive voice came into play. “They’re not being forced from their homes and lifestyles and put in these camps, they’re
