I like his stuff. Breaking In was a good show, and he was great in it. He’s also been great on Archer. He’s also a really nice guy. I met him while working on The West Wing, and found him to be very down to earth and friendly. I’ll give almost anything he’s in, a shot.

It's not that Windows 10 will be free for the first year, and then you have to pay for it, it's that for one year, anyone can upgrade to Windows 10 for free. I imagine if, after a year, you still haven't upgraded, then you'll have to pay for it if you want it.

It means that they will distribute for a year, probably via the Windows Store in Windows 8 or something similar, and then get you hooked on Windows 10.
