Better. Even though they are both bigger, they are not building every damn GM in one factory. I’d still argue the “cleanliness” though. One pic is not going to be enough.

Elon’s response to the smart-ass Ford exec?
I will admit, I give credit to Tesla for doing what is surely difficult for a start-up large scale car manufacture. But on the other side, the last Tesla I would want to buy was the one that got them over the target number. I’ve seen that in manufacturing too many times. Bad example. How many total cars has McLaren built in its existence?
He doesn’t recommend Jeeps as someone may actually buy one......... And then there will be one less for him to buy.
Are you out of your minds! You didn’t mask any of the license plates!....the horror, the horror....
Oy vey!
But this way I can keep my man card and say I don’t have a loofa!

Damn Tom, we are right about the same generation. I entered the Corps in June of ‘85. The MUTT license was first, then the 923/925 5-tons. When the HMMV came out, I was an instructor on those as well. Even did time at the Sill for arty training. But alas, 4 years of arty was enough and on to the air wing.
Yep. The old M151 was Jeep in name and (general) looks only. It had independent suspension as well. A nightmare at speed. Rolled over all the time. God I was happy when the hummer showed up.
I don’t know, I notice it the other way. Damn near every time a civvy rescues a person, cat or even stays to help a neighbor they are called a hero. A good samaritan is one stops to help you change a tire. To me, it’s any easy definition: if the person literally puts their own life jeopardy to prevent harm to another…
