I think the bigger problem is, if it's so hard to program, which the devs must surely realise, stop making it so integral to the systems running your city. Ease up on it a little.

my only complaint is that the fight scenes are too Hollywood. Like you don't actually get to see the actual action, it's jumpy and cuts so much. so there is the illusion of action but you never really see it. I prefer stuff like Jackie Chans movies.

Other than that though it was pretty well done.
