I'm not saying that they should do it, I'm saying that that is why they are doing it, and it makes sense because on far less stable servers they would be giving out free things left and right and ultimately losing more money. As the EUW and EUNE become more and more stable, I would expect them to begin following suit.

They are an american company. Their NA servers are the most reliable. If they gave free stuff to people on less reliable servers they're losing more money. And they only give it to people that were logged in or tried logging in (afaik) during the problems. The larger the problem, the more money they lose since more

xbox360 honestly doesn't have many at all. maybe a couple actual lesser ones beyond the few that i mentioned (forza), but that's really it. Not that it was a bad thing at the time, since the 360 thrived off its online community, not its exclusives.

all the most recent halos and gears are xbox only. Fable i think has flip flopped a couple times. but yea

i can totally see that

even if none of this was true, and all other things being the same (between ps4 and durango), microsoft's console to me is not worth buying because if their the 360 is any indication, their only real exclusives are halo and gears. maybe fable. the only one of the three that's actually worth getting imo is halo. and by

any reason you didnt do 1080? Seems like it should be the default for most tests, since I would expect it, and 1600x900 to be the most common

I always get surprised when this happens. I use the nightly version, which is 99% of the time stable enough to use full time, and usually if its not, I can update and that's fixed right away, and I've had both of those for as long as I can remember. Nice that everyone else is getting now at least.

yup. You're going to lose money by trying to save money at the same time. I suppose you might get screwed if something unexpected comes up and you need some money NOW, but that's what family's for, a 2-4 week buffer!

that's something I like about the new one, on gizmodo, if i have the window sized where its too thin, and whenever you click on a comment, it scrolls as far all the way to the left, so you have to keep centering the comments whenever you look at a new one.

anyone else notice that non waldos are mostly the same people copied over and over again? Is that was they did in the original books? i dont remember ever noticing that before.

There's really no reason not to. Start8 plus Win8 is really windows 7 with all of Win8's improvements for the same price. (if you really cant get used to the change in flow of 8.

Is this kinja different from lifehacker? I just googled kinja to see if there was somewhere that I could find to see what was what, and saw an article saying that as of July of last year lifehacker used kinja. Right now, they have the same comment system that you had as of yesterday, so unless they switched back in

The main thing that I dont like (and was hoping that would get fixed when I saw this on io9) was that in the old setup, I could see "X replies" on each comment. Now there's none of that and I can barely tell whether or not someone has replied to someone's comment.

By way of physics, this will not give you more force than using your hand to twist it off. The only reason that this might work better than twisting is that your hand can slip doing it the normal way, but if you have one of those jar opener things that are basically a flexible thing with a rubbery bottom, that will

They used it in that game because they needed it to get the emotion and whatnot into the game because the tech to make characters like that wasn't there. By the time this sort of thing is in a real game, there will be tools to automatically dynamically create people and facial expressions

Huh! thanks for the info. never happened to me before but to be truthful, I don't oft wear earbuds when sitting at a computer (before I started working)

Is might be just me, but I've mad the originals for a while probably almost a year, and if I stay sitting down, theyll be fine, but If I get up and start moving around they'll shock my ears.

I also think people are forgetting that UC2 is very old in comparison and UC3 even is a couple years old. Of course a brand new game that has had 2 or more years to refine things like the platforming and things that you liked better. I think the comparisons to the story are fair and really the only thing that's
