I've never seen such a mind numbingly average game where instead of it being called an average game, people continue to play it and hope for it to become better (with no guarantee) while admitting it is boring for the most part, whereas another game, that is also average, gets derided or tossed. the world building and the gritty realism of its vision of the future. I could see the future looking like how it was presented in the movie, and it was very moody. Lot of character. Not my fav Sci Fi movie of all time, and I don't like it anywhere near as much as Alien, but it is very well shot and assembled.

I would say Prometheus was the least exciting movie he's ever made... but definitely not a "worst film" kind of film. Stupid and boring, but better than most other movies currently released.

if "extra content" means "arbitrary meaningless fetch quests or horde modes", then i agree with you. I've stopped playing a lot of games lately just due to the fact that i thought to myself "this isn't even fun, so why am i playing?"

It seems to me, from all my buddies playing it, that they are in disbelief that it is mediocre at best, and are playing it to justify their buying it.

I really am of the mind that celebrity voice acting in video is a waste of money. Most of my fav voice actors were not previously famous actors (Hayden, for example, or what's her face that voiced cortana)

It's actually refreshing that a couple games have come out in the past couple weeks with good reviews. It was getting depressing with all the shite games with big hype that have been permeating the landscape the past few months

I do think the posters are entertaining (more entertaining than the manga or the show at least)

Honestly, plot seems to make more sense than 90% of games these days.
