I’m just pointing out that these websites love to run stories about how minimum wage should be raised and they always head off the inevitable “jobs will be lost, businesses will close” argument by referencing studies that show that does not happen. Now they run a story about wages going up…

It seems there is a Gizmodo Media Group initiate to try and paint Amazon’s move negatively. At the same time they have no problem taking that sweet Amazon money for their deal of the day ad stories.

Jon Stewart is a man who made a career out of ‘frank conversation’ and has as good a grip on the American situation as anyone in that group if not more so.

This is probably going to be a hot take: but no, she wasn’t. I’ve always appreciated her honestly regarding matters outside of sports, but when it comes to actually covering sports (which, like it or not, is still what ESPN does), she wasn’t very good.

She was actually really bad at her job at ESPN. She’s a journalist/writer. She was good in Orlando. She is good with The Undefeated. She’s not good on TV.

He’s the last cover athlete of football video games. That alone makes him one of the greatest.
