To me it was always had weird body proportion issues. It tried to fit too much onto a little car. It ended up looking horrible. In contrast the Maverick was a pretty good looking car. About the same size, a bit smaller I guess, but without the visual busyness. I'd take one over the Mustang 2 if I have to live with it.
