I'm surprised you delved so deep into the comments. You must have a really boring job.

Wait, I thought the issue was with the safehouse garages, not with the purchased garages. I could be mistaken, but I've lost a few cars from my safehouse garage, but none from my purchased garage. It could be that I just didn't save, or something.

Wow, people are still reading this?

My garages have been fine, and I haven't heard much about it for a while. Are you still losing cars?

The servers are both live and down simultaneously, until you interfere by attempting to log in.

Beat me to the punch. Bravo, sir.

Very interesting points, especially regarding GT. It's true that their numbers are inflated, although based on this article, and the speed with which Train Simulator released all these, it would seem they are also plucked from the past release. Which is less egregious in their case, since the last release was only a

You make an interesting point, but to turn it on its head, would this be acceptable for Gran Turismo? They seem to put a similar amount of work into each vehicle, and yet they include thousands in the initial release rather than parsing them out as paid DLC. Full disclosure, I have no knowledge of or interest in

That's still a rough return on investment. $20 for a single locomotive? Can you imagine the fallout if Rockstar charged that much for a DLC vehicle? Even people who only play GTA games would be incensed, and Train Simulator is released every year, instead of every 3-5.

Unfortunately the newest Ghost Recon took this trend even further...I enjoyed it, but it was still just a sort-of-stealthy shooter with "tactical" only used as niche branding.

Fair enough...no one likes to be criticized, especially when it's seen as unfair or demeaning. I mostly meant to clarify but got a little too full of myself. And so the feedback loop begins...

I suppose this is as close as we're gonna come to a detente.

Your words, they hurt!

Well then, you picked an extremely weird place to put that note. The article never complained about driving at all, in fact it specifically gushes over Franklin's ability: "And I do appreciate all the little ways the game has been improved over its predecessor, from the weapon- and radio-wheels to the much snappier

I got it on day one as well. I'm just surprised you've had it for this long and still can't distinguish between the playable characters. So, since we're raising awareness for people who just got the game, or are planning to purchase soon, here's a breakdown of the special abilities:

Yes, but only while driving. Michael can slow time on foot, as noted in the article. How long have you had this game again?

Do you get this outfit automatically? Or can you buy it someplace?

The absurdity isn't that the characters fall over. It's the fact that they go completely limp when they fall instead of sticking a limb out to stabilize themselves.

I get the joke, but I really don't think this is funny enough to merit a Kotaku post. Maybe my standards are too high...
