We know that Walt gets away, somehow. It also seems probable that Jessie is going to survive this. Hank and Gomez are dead, unless this is the Matrix. My guess is that somehow Walt's entire family gets murdered and he ends up having to go to war against the Neo-Nazis. Maybe the ricin is for Lydia? I have no hunches
