These things remind me of Zerg Spires. Terrifying.

They kind of remind me of The Shrike from Hyperion.

So, did the HD version that was released on Xbox 360/PS3 have the low-res textures as well? Is this a superior product?

And he still looks like Meg Ryan...

Most people I know who are familiar with/fans of the show, share my sentiment that Scar was pretty lousy. But you are right, and we can all agree that Black Market is a horrible stinker waste-of-time episode. I just don't even know what to say about it.

I just feel like they would have to rush through Book I, and get the epidemic part of the story out of the way to focus on the Good v. Evil stuff. The Book I stuff was some of my favourite writing in the whole novel. It would be difficult to give that section the attention it deserves while still giving the audience

The episode "Scar." is a pretty bad, Starbuck-centric episode of BSG. But to its credit, it was the episode that introduced those really cool "Top Gun" beer steins.

It's just way too dense a story and follows too many characters to simply be made into a single movie. They had the right idea with the 90s miniseries. Meanwhile Ron Howard keeps on talking about his desire to get The Dark Tower made into a movie or two. But again, if only the project had enough mainstream interest,

I'm from NS, and I have never once used this term, nor has anyone I know.

The usual chime signifying the evening shift change woke me from a dead sleep. I instinctivly threw the plain grey covers off my cot and sat up. I felt out of breath, not rested in the least. I sat with my legs dangling over the edge of the simple bed, taking a few laboured breaths. My lungs felt heavy, almost clotted

I can't help but be reminded of Jason Voorhees.

A heavy iron foot thumped down hard on the ocean floor. It's near-silent force was only perceptible by the sudden plume of sand that filled the surrounding waters like swirling cirrus clouds. Several more cumbersome stomping feet followed behind, causing even more sand to jump into the air. It gave the infinitely slow

Yesss! Italian Spider-man. Classic/hilarious.

There's one thing, though. I think that in the flashforward scenes we've been given, Todd is already a goner. The jacket Walt is wearing in the scenes is the exact army jacket that Todd was wearing in the episode that began with him and his uncle in the diner. However, there is the possibility that it's one of Jesse's

Umm, I'm not sure if I'd call it a mystery. The game has an interesting tone that gives it the air of a mystery. But, I think the writing leads one to assume that the protagonist that you play as, is already well aware of what has transpired. The details are left for you to collect and sort of secretly learn through

That statement you quoted kind of reminds me of how Dear Esther played out. You just walked and learned, then it ended. Semi-satisfyingly. Left you to think about it afterward.

Night had fallen again on the little laundromat. That is to say, the feeling of night had fallen again. The sky being permanently blotted out meant it was always dark down here, but somehow one just knew when the night fell. The little shadows that scurried up and down the street were certainly a sign. They danced and

A loud thud rang through the dark, deserted chamber. Then another rang, and then another, as a crowbar attempted to pry open the massive vault-like door. Bits of dust and rust rained down heavily from the circular frame, bouncing off of the riveted metal floor. There was a long pause, as muffled voices could be heard

Now playing

This reminds me of Casina77's terrifying/hilarious youtube channel.

So, my opinion is incorrect. I see. Thanks. I was pointing to the film characters in my critique, obviously. And no, the others aren't that well-rounded. Mara Jade and others have been fully realized over the years by writers other than Zahn. I don't need to waste my time reading them again for a third time, because
