My Gen I Sync works just fine. As in... I use the phone like I would normally and the car just provides a louder speakerphone. (I don’t actually see anything that looks like it was intended to do otherwise)

The 19th century Santa was often shown wearing outfits of different colors: purple, green and blue in addition to red. This slowly faded out so that by the beginning of the 20th century the standard image of Santa Claus was a man in a red suit trimmed with white. The Coca-Cola company has often been cited for…
Remember Remember... wait, when in November?
I’m not either... but not because I think it’s inhumane. It just costs more money to perform the execution than it does to just lock em up forever. So it fits perfectly with my Socially Liberal slash Fiscally Conservative mindset.
Yup. The underlying cause of all of this is the lack of social services available to underserved persons. If Medicare was given to this person she would have qualified for at least some sort of psychiatric treatment which could have then in turn also helped those poor souls she imprisoned.
Whoa. This is heavy.
In a rear wheel drive, yes. Drifting a 4wd is a different beast.
Dat livery though.
Operating loss is not the same as losing money every time you sell a vehicle. It just means that they spent more money than they made, not that the car cost more to build than it sold for. This is relatively normal in the car industry, government, etc. In fact, more often than not the big brands will actually sell…
You do know that they’re not ACTUALLY losing money when they sell a car, right? The R&D costs (which were huge) per vehicle go down with every vehicle sold. So sure, they won’t be recouping all of that money with the first 5,000 cars or so. But if you think it costs $100 grand to build one then there’s an autonomous…
If cars aren’t going to crash then 90mph is perfectly feasible.
This. And it looks like Rexy up there completely forgot about the part of the story that mentions pre-maintenance and how even that didn’t prevent the fuel pump from crapping out.
This is a great way to reduce all of the crap you have in the kitchen. I only have two drawers in my kitchen... and get this... NEITHER of them are the junk drawer.
The issue is when a student has a lack of respect or fear for authority. There was nothing and nobody that the student would listen to. That’s just horrible parenting.
If the LEO is the first one to initiate violence then the whole point is moot. Their job is to respond to violent situations when the teachers and administrators cannot. Their job is not to throw people around when they don’t listen.
So? There’s no need for violence here. If I ask you to leave your chair, and you don’t... can I just start beating you senselessly?
Somehow teachers have managed a couple hundred years in multiple countries without actually arresting students. Suspension, Expulsion... these are still available options.

This. A buddy of mine is retired police, and currently works for the local school system. He’s not a cop, he’s a security guard. In a school. With a gun.
