There may not be much stock Legacy left, but keeping the stock plastic trim along the doors is something to be appreciated.
LaSupra is the only other two door-converted Delta I know of and they pulled it off way better. If you’re going to do it you need to stretch the front doors to move the B pillar further back.

They never got rid of it, you’re looking at it in the images up top. When Nissan designed the long tail version they just updated the existing homologation car. That also explains the different tach layouts mentioned in the main article.
