I pay maybe $35 to race at my local track. That's not expensive at at. The comments of it's expensive make me laugh, well if it's too expensive then go buy a Schwinn because they have no business owning anything that has a motor.

The only way I see that much land being used for something outside of just completely being turned into a new development, which would be awesome if the area was a bit more cleaned up, is a big company coming into Detroit and setting up shop or wanting to relocate and making the site their new home.
