This is an absolutely horrible idea, and probably overpriced. This is totally something I’d do and I approve.
Interesting, I was in the market for a mid-size truck at the end of last year. I cross shopped the Ranger Lariat, Colorado Z71 and Frontier. I couldn’t justify the cost of entry for the Ridgeline and am not a fan of the Tacoma. Believe it or not I was pretty dead set on a well optioned Frontier. It was the most…
Bought my first Jaguar at 27, an XF Portfolio with the 5.0 v8. I had wanted one and I found a stunning example that I couldn’t pass up. Drove that car for 60,000 mostly trouble free miles before she was sadly T-boned and totaled. Those that make fun of Jaguar reliability have never owned a modern one, it never failed… Read more
If I had any room left to pick it up I’d do just that. A straight body is all I need. I have a soft spot for this generation:
The song is “Still With Me” by Tritonal, however sadly the trailer uses a custom mix that wasn’t released. There are a few fan mixes on YouTube, but nothing official.
One of the absolute best trailers of the decade in my opinion was the original launch trailer for Dead Island. It really hyped me up for the game only to be totally let down when *Actual* game play and story lines were released. Despite what it became, the original launch trailer was a masterpiece.
Just throwing this out there as you mentioned the Rebel. I have gotten 5.7L Rebel’s 3 times this year (all 2019my) as rentals. I absolutely love those trucks, but in that trim, they are absolutely horrible with gas mileage. On a 2400mi round trip from DC to Florida and back, they will only return 15-17mpg highway.… Read more
Personally I’d prefer a Black 2.0 Mercedes egg..er GLE-Coupe, instead of a Vantablack BMW EggX6, just so Anish Kapoor couldn’t own one.
I have a 2001 with the 3.9, rear wheel drive with the automatic. Mine has seen a hard northern life, which has taken quite a toll on it before I got my hands on it. They are VERY rust prone, just like the Durango’s of the generation.
Mine may be a bit rarer on the reliability scale, as mine has been a nightmare to… Read more
These have no right to be that good looking, yet they are. Lincoln really is hitting it out of the park, and with the CTS replacement shown off, it really shows that FoMoCo has finally given Lincoln what it needs to displace Cadillac as the top American mainstream luxury brand. I’d love to see a revised Continental… Read more
I would agree that Single Cab Short/Medium Bed trucks visually look the best, but there’s a reason most people choose crew cabs. Storage space. I own a 2nd gen Dodge Dakota, single cab, 6'-4" bed and while it’s a dream to drive and is extremely easy to park, it lacks any real dry storage in the cab. You can get a bed…
South of the Border is a cult icon of the I95 corridor. Seriously, they used to have well over 100 billboards starting in southern VA and extending to their location at the NC/SC line, over the past 10 years they have greatly reduced that number and “updated” a lot of them, losing a lot (but not all) of their cheesy… Read more
I got a fully loaded one as a loaner while my XF was getting recall work done. Absolutely loved every moment with that car, but the one thing that would have made it better.. would be the NA 5.0 v8 from my car. The Supercharged v6 is no slouch by any stretch of the imagination, but cars like the Sportbrake need a bit…
Crystal City makes up about 50 percent of what will become/is being branded as “National Landing.” In the end it’s all just marketing speak anyway.
Nope, may not be the exact structure but the principle is the same. I wouldn’t be worried about it being open at one end either. I’d say the same if it were Tesla, GM, BMW, Mercedes, or who have you. I can’t see that hurting production quality any.
You seem to have a lot of anger built up, do you need a Jolly Rancher… Read more
