Was it your introduction to Shadowrun? It's probably like Fallout 3. To those whom were introduced to Fallout through it, it's the greatest thing since sliced bread. To a lot of us whom played the originals; 3 gets way too much lore wrong with some lazy story telling and New Vegas is a lot better in almost every way.
