Hah you are right! It was the boss-man’s call on the van.

Jason has it right, the Jaaaaag XF Sportbrake. Tom, the Odyssey is a good car but not “fun.” Thats a big step down from a fun BRZ, but i appreciate what you are getting at, it is an excellent family car.

I think it’s that their leasing is so damn cheap. You can lease an Infiniti for cheap money in some areas, and they have allot of do-dads that people want for the price of a base Camry payment on a lease.

I thought so too until I went to NJ, apparently they’re buying them all. That and Acuras.

Fun to drive but kinda boring to look at. Its like fun washing machine. Maybe its just me, never had any interest in these things. What about a CPO 911?

Hahaha so true.

Sadly in the states NO manual and NO V6 for this wagon. But the good news is, even in the I-4 Auto, this is a good car. Been considering it myself.

I’m with you. This was going to be my replacement car for my ‘06 Sportcombi. 176k and I’m still driving it.

“Something something All-wheel-drive.” is what the typical Subaru buyer hears.

Greg Moore, RIP. You left us too young.

‘ol Thin-skin is back!

Ah makes my miss my ‘89 Runner. Used to drive it everyday up Topanga Canyon with the windows down and the rear window down. Had great ventilation. I loved that little triangle window on the doors, you could spin it around and get cool air right on you. If you haven’t figured it out by now, my AC system wasn’t even

I would say this is more of an American perspective. F1 and Futball (soccer) are more ubiquitous than they are here in the states. Lewis Hamilton is sort of the Jim Brown of F1 and is allot of young boys/girls heros across the world. Me, I’m a Kimi fan because he makes me laugh.

God I miss SAAB. I’m really not excited about anything as a replacement for my 06  9-5 Sportcombi. Going to go and weep into a corner now.

Thought the same as you and the original commentator (is that the correct term here?). Well said ... its actually decent-looking if not very original. Will make the monies.

Thanks for sharing something so personal. It got me in the feels.

We get all that, but it doesn’t detract the fact its $142k and the switches come from a car that is $35k. If you compare a base 911 to this car the difference is wide. From a consumer perspective, thats hard to ignore. All being said I like this generation of corvette but the author makes a good point about fit and

Its funny I have literally been considering one of these for my next daily driver over buying something new (and boring) to replace my 9-5 wagon when the time comes.

Wow these photos are epic.

Oh man, I played NFS2 sooo much in high school. I was so addicted. I loved the original Road & Track NFS SE also. Ah good times.
