not if he is wanted in the US, which this article says may be the case.
This article says that an executive of facebook gave info. that makes it insider trading.
The system works partly on the honor system, we don't usually monitor conversations and communications so people have to know that when they get insider information they cannot act on it. If they don't get caught then they get away with it, if they do then they are stuck.
That statement of yours only holds true in a fair system. if someone is cheating (using information that is priviledged and only available to a select few, otherwise known as insider trading) then the system isn't fair and that is illegal becuase no one would bother investing if that was legal.
wouldn't you love some of those time killing games online (like the one where you make the helicopter hover by clicking as it side scrolls) if you were rewarded with gummy bears or some such?
We also indefinitely held ALL japanese people for quite some time. Not like this kinda thing is new. Also not like this is the end of America as we know it.
+1
this... is... awful lol
the bits in your arteries will congeal in the blood and instead of sticking to the wall of hte arterie they will just keep getting bigger till they block the whole thing at once, or can't fit through the heart. The issue is all the crap in the blood, not hte fact that it sticks to the side of the arterie.
You do realize that it is common practice through the civilized wolrd to detain someone so that you can bring them before a judge. We have strict limits on how long someone can be held (those limits are extended by about 3 days if it is in regards to suspected terrorism).
its pretty funny how you look at the negative things about our society and assume we are going in the wrong direction.
passing a note saying that you have a 'device' on a plane is enough to get you arrested. So is shouting fire in a movie theatre. Deal with it?
y6eah that is scary man
a few things here.
Really? Most of the science is done from already lofted projects / satellites. The James Web telescope for example is probably a third of the R&D budget for hte next few years and that will only be one launch.
broadly generalizing, per the below scenario using dummy numbers (also keep in mind that NASA is developing heavy linch rocket to take people to Mars).
in situation. Meaning that they can do the work from where they are without needing to leave and go some place to have samples analyzed.
that could be a problem lol
you say that as though they were given a grant to develop that technology. That money is for services rendered and will only be paid in full if spaceX is able to succesfully launch cargo to the ISS, freeing up NASA from having to use the EU and Russia.
