Yep. Jr. people tend to just “do what they are told” and in this case, got fired for it. Sounds like this person will have a nicely wrapped court case.

Looks like somebody just cut and pasted an internal communication. That’s an action that deserves firing, but the employee is clearly being scapegoated to protect the person or people who initially wrote it and everybody who saw it and agreed with it before it got to the person who posted it.
