After this, should be interesting to see what suddenly comes out of the woodwork, this seems like a “where there’s smoke, there’s fire” sort of story.

Wasn’t the L the cheapo stripper version too?
True, but considering the whining about the EV Lightening, even though it is quicker and usable than the previous trucks, there will likely be enthusiast meltdowns over this.
I still think they should call any upcoming EV sedan from Chevy the ChEVelle, then make the Buick version an Electra.
I saw that about mid day, not sure how I missed that before.
I never got the fandom of that M3, visually it’s just a race car body with a graphic that doesn’t do the car any visual favors.
I don’t remember seeing where they were being accompanied by a local cop of any sort, so if that were the case, wouldn’t it be kidnapping too?
It would be a single story, so it wouldn’t have to be a big house. Now if I were to do the same for my Sister and her family, that might be a different story.......
I could still do a lot with that, I could pay off all the bills that my Sister’s family, our Dad, and I all have, find and buy some kind of storage structure like a warehouse for cars and junk, then put said cars and junk in it, maybe redo this house and get Dad a 1 story as well.
I was asked why I went with a 200 instead of a Challenger when I bought my car 10 years ago, some of it was that it was low key, even though the 200 and Avenger weren’t far off the 5.7l cars on acceleration........though with these asshats out there now......I’m happy I didn’t buy one just on that alone!
That’s probably what killed it, it would compete against teh F-Bodies AND Vette! They already had that with the GN/GNX and again with the Syclone.
They don’t need to ask, it’s in the VIN Number.
I think some of the newer Audi owners must have traded in their beige Camrys with the way some of them and even BMW owners drive.
That has to be coincidence, outside of the 5 Cherokee branded Jeeps we’ve owned from Chrysler, my Sister’s Challenger as well as the Chargers She and our Parents had and maybe the last Dodge pickup (a D-100 Adventurer) Dad had would be the only ones that lined up with that. Dad has had a 1950 Plymouth, ‘62 Fury, ‘68…
And where is the morality of instead of losing the unborn child, both the child and mother die, or child is lost through no fault of anybody, yet Mom and/or Dad still gets jailed for the loss, even of the child was wanted and they had done everything right until it went medically wrong?
Maybe the Three Pump Chump 500 sponsored by PornHub then?!
Outside of any HotWheels that catch my eye when I have the funds to get them, nothing. Wouldn’t mind a Bolt EV, but if I can’t always swing the price of a HW right now, sticking with my perfectly good running Chrysler 200 for the time being.
I have to wonder if this is going to turn out like the retirement planning that Republicans foisted on the Post Office in the 00's, where the P.O. has to pre pay for the retirement fund for all employees, even those not born yet, let alone hired.
Makes me wonder how this would affect sales on the used market in the long term, I sure as hell wouldn’t want those on a new car, let alone used German car, even if I have no intention of using them.
Considering how badly Walmart undercut the companies they get their products to sell from, I can’t imagine they wouldn’t do the same to Canoo.
