Why would they purchase a replacement battery when they can just trade it in at the battery station for a new one and someone else can get stuck with the used one that doesn't hold a charge.

This is highly dependant on your circumstances. I don't think you can make that statement about everybody. There are many people that can't afford 15-20k cash but can afford a $200/mo car payment. Especially if they need to buy a car immediately and were planning on keeping it for some time.

Haha, this is funny. We just interviewed a candidate where the only thing he said was "WE did this and WE did that." He never once mentioned "I" and that lead us to believe he didn't actually DO anything which was the primary reason in not hiring him.
